The City of Monte Sereno now has online permits for roof-top residential energy storage systems (ESS) and residential photovoltaic systems.
These permits are available online on the Online Building Services website by clicking on the desired permit type under the "Obtain Minor Building Permit" heading.
Projects that meet the established criteria (determined through the online questions) will be approved and issued in real-time online. The project plans are required to be uploaded so City staff can reference them, but the permit is issued in real-time online.
