Monte Sereno’s SB 10 Ordinance, which is designed to streamline housing developments by allowing cities in California to allow different development types, will be reviewed a second time by the City’s Site and Architectural Commission.
On Wednesday, January 21, at 7:00 P.M., the Site and Architectural Commission will review the revised draft SB 10 ordinance. The ordinance includes revisions from feedback gathered at the Site and Architectural Commission’s December 3, 2025 meeting. Meeting information will be posted on the Monte Sereno Meetings Portal.
