Electronic Signature Agreement* Applicant hereby agrees, on behalf of itself and its successors and assigns, to indemnify, defend and hold the City of Monte Sereno, its officers, officials, agents, employees, boards, commissions, and volunteers free and harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, cost of expenses (including attorney's fees), arising out of or in any manner relating to the community grant funding provided by the City of Monte Sereno, including without limitation any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of Applicant's events or operations making use of such community grant funding.
Applicant further agrees that as a condition of receiving funding from the City of Monte Sereno, Applicant will obtain general liability insurance, covering Applicant's operations (including completed operations) and any events organized or hosted by Applicant, with policy limits in the amount of at least $1 million per claim. The policy or policies shall be endorsed to name the City of Monte Sereno, its officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers as additional insured parties. Applicant agrees to provide a certificate of insurance and endorsement(s) to the policies to the City of Monte Sereno prior to acceptance of community grant funding from the City of Monte Sereno.
