It shall be unlawful for any homeowner or tenant to operate any portable machine powered with a gasoline engine or by electricity used to blow leaves, dirt, grass cuttings, paper, trash, or any other type of unattached debris or material off sidewalks, driveways, lawns, or other surfaces at any time on Sundays or public holidays except between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Ord. 147 § 1 (part), 2005)
