The following amendments to the 2007 Uniform Housing Code, 2007 Uniform Code for Abatement of Dangerous Buildings and the 2007 Uniform Code for Building Conservation are amended in the following manner:
A. Uniform Housing Code.
1. Section 301 “General” is amended to read: ... delete Section 106 and add 105.
2. Section 302 “Fees” is amended to read: ... delete Section 107 and add 108.
3. Section 303 “Inspections” is amended to read: ... delete Section 108 and add 109; delete Section 1701 and add 1704.
4. Section 401 “Definitions.”
a. “Building Code” is amended to read: ... delete Uniform Building Code and add International Building Code.
5. Section 701.1 “Heating and Ventilation” is amended to read: ...delete Section 3102 and add 1204.
6. Section 1001.1 “General” is amended to read: ... delete Section 102 and add 115.
B. Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings.
1. Section 301 “General” is amended to read: ... delete Uniform Building Code and add International Building Code.
C. Uniform Code for Building Conservation.
1. Section 301 “Definitions” is amended to read: ... delete Uniform Building Code and add International Building Code. (Ord. 156 § 1 (part), 2007)
