It is the intent of this Section to impose upon property owners the affirmative duty to repair and maintain the sidewalk area adjoining their property in a safe and nondangerous condition. This duty runs to and in favor of members of the public using the sidewalk area. (Ord. 152 § 1 (part), 2006)
