This Chapter is adopted pursuant to the provisions of Sections 39501 and 39502 of the Government Code of the State of California, as an alternative and additional remedy to those otherwise promoted by law, or ordinance of the City of Monte Sereno. (Ord. 154 § 1 (part), 2007)
