6.09.160 Surety bond required of collector.

The garbage collector shall execute a surety bond in the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) payable to the City of Monte Sereno, conditioned upon its faithful compliance with all the provisions of this Chapter and its contract with the City of Monte Sereno, and said bond shall be maintained in full force and effect at all times.
