6.09.030 Removal by collector; burning or burying prohibited.

It shall be the duty of every person or persons responsible for the creation, production, accumulation, or introduction into the City of Monte Sereno of any garbage to cause, without expense to said City, said garbage to be removed and disposed of by the Collector and said garbage shall not be burned or buried, or otherwise disposed of except as provided for by the terms of this Chapter, on any premises in said City by the owner, tenant, lessee or occupant thereof or by any other person or persons.
