6.01.020 Chapter not to regulate use of land.

This Chapter is not intended to regulate the use of land. Title 10 of the Monte Sereno Municipal Code regulates the number and types of animals and animal establishments that may be maintained in specific zoning districts. Nothing in this Chapter is intended to supersede any provision of the City of Monte Sereno Zoning Regulations.
