Applicant is requesting a Tree Removal Permit to remove three (3) Redwood Trees.  

WARNING NOTICE:
If you challenge the above application in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Public Hearing described in this Notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Monte Sereno (18041 Saratoga-Los Gatos Road, Monte Sereno) at, or prior to the close of hearing. In order to bring an action in court, all administrative procedures must be followed including the need to appeal the Site and Architecture Commission’s decision within ten (10) calendar days of the date the decision was made.   Any decision by the City Council is a final decision.  Any challenge in court must be commenced within 90 days of the decision as required by the California Code of Civil Procedure.
