• 18510 Hillview Drive     SS-09-21 Holden
The applicant requests a recommendation for approval for a Site Development Permit for an addition to a second story deck and addition of 121 sq. ft to the first floor of an existing two story residence.  The applicant also requests a Variance to allow for the reconstruction of an existing non-conforming deck.  The requested Variance requires approval by the City Council at a later date. 

• 18232 Daves Avenue     SS-09-22 Boyle
The applicant requests a recommendation for approval for a Site Development Permit to construct a new accessory structure of 437 sq. ft.  The applicant also requests a Use Permit to allow more than one accessory structure.  The requested Use Permit requires approval by the City Council at a later date.
