The applicant requests a modification to an existing Site Development Permit to increase the proposed height of the second story from 21’ 2” to 22’ 3”.

• 15447 Via Palomino     SS-09-24 Imig/Schweitzer
The applicant requests a Site Development Permit for the reconstruction and reconfiguration of a second story deck.

• 15610 Palos Verdes     SS-09-23 Allen/Bredahl
The applicant requests a Site Development Permit for an interior remodel and addition of 227 sq. ft. to an existing single story residence.  

• 18232 Daves Avenue     SS-09-22 Boyle
The applicant requests a recommendation for approval for a Site Development Permit to construct a new accessory structure of 437 sq. ft.  The applicant also requests a Use Permit to allow more than one accessory structure.  The requested Use Permit requires approval by the City Council at a later date.  This item was continued from the July 13, 2009 meeting of the Site and Architecture Commission.
