The applicant is requesting a Site Development Permit to construct a 1,128 sq. ft. addition to an existing two story single family residence.  This item was continued from the 6/6/07 meeting.

The applicant is requesting a Site Development Permit to demolish an existing single family residence and construct a new two story single family residence of 2,998 sq. ft. The application also includes a request to remove 1 tree.   This item was continued from the 5/2/07 meeting.
